Online Marketing Strategist’s are responsible for implementing and optimizing internet marketing strategies such as Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Social Media Marketing with the goal of raising brand awareness, increasing traffic and conversions. The hours and level of responsibility may vary by location or line of business.

Marketing Experience is Required

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:

Propose customer solutions.
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Phoenix iTek’s services and pricing structure.
Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs.
Work closely with the members of the Sales Executive and Clients to understand client projects
Audit existing web analytics implementations and identify areas of improvement
Optimizing existing web analytics configuration aligned with key business metrics/goals
Develop plans and implement digital analytics and marketing measurement tools
Implement and configure web analytics platforms to measure performance metrics
QA web analytics and tags for campaign performance and experience measurement
Utilize the company’s Customer Resource Management system (CRM) on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting activities, and developing prospective customer profiles.
Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be organized with good time management skills.
Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.
Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, develop, present and execute new marketing strategies that lead to significant improvements in organic search engine performance.
Possess strong presentation skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location, department or line of business.
History of achieving maximum ROI and consistent growth in regard to pay-per-click advertising campaigns. (Search, Shopping, Display & Social)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Legally eligible to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.
Must successfully complete pre-employment testing.
Must be able to read and speak the English language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to questions, directions, and training.
